Shipping & Returns
Once orders are placed, they cannot be edited, added to or cancelled.
Orders placed over a weekend or on a public holiday will be processed the next business day.
To ensure secure delivery, all parcels will be signed for upon receipt. If you will not be at home during delivery hours, please choose an address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel.
Please note refrigerated orders will not be delivered and left unattended due to cold chain storage requirements and legislation. If you are not home, it will be taken back to the pharmacy and re-shipping costs will apply.
Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. Sometimes, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g. stock unavailability) this may be extended. In such instances, we will contact you to advise of the delay.
We take no responsibility for any delay in delivery caused by any
acts or omissions of carriers. We take no responsibility for loss of products or damage to products that occur during shipping.
